Job Description As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for: Processing invoices with precision and accuracy Ensuring all invoice details align with customer contracts and agreements Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline invoicing processes Handling invoice queries in a timely and professional manner Maintaining accurate records for audit purposes Assisting with month-end reporting tasks Contributing to the ongoing development of the invoicing system Adhering to company policies and confidentiality guidelines The Successful Applicant A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have: Experience in a similar role within the Property industry Strong numeracy skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Good knowledge of financial software and MS Office Effective communication skills, both written and verbal What's on Offer If you are successful you will be entitled to: A competitive salary package ranging from £23,400 to £28,600 A comprehensive benefits package Generous holiday leave A supportive work culture that values teamwork and employee growth The opportunity to work in a thriving Property industry in Southport #J-18808-Ljbffr
