What you will do The Pureplay e-Commerce National Account Manager is responsible for supporting the relationship with partners/e-retailers, providing business analysis across the online marketplace, and ensuring key customer deliverables are met: Key Responsibilities Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key account-Amazon. Strengthen collaborative relationships with key accounts by developing joint business plans that promote mutual success and drive continuous business growth. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and maximize revenue within the e-commerce segment. Performance Analysis: Monitor account performance metrics and provide insights to optimize sales strategies and improve overall account performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage stakeholders effectively and work closely with brand marketing, category marketing, and logistics teams. Insights Sharing: Utilize the company’s data systems to gather insights on industry trends and competitors. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior management. Channel Expansion: Identify and pursue new channel opportunities to enhance Kenvue's digital presence. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 5 years of proven experience in e-Commerce or digital sales management Proven track record of successfully managing national e-commerce accounts and driving sales growth Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Desired Qualifications Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in analyzing business data and market trends Strong understanding of e-Commerce platforms and online consumer behavior Familiarity with Amazon's business model and operations.
