Job Description Establish QHSE standards and expectations, prepare, formulate and maintain policies, guidelines and other QHSE documentation applicable to all people. Support different departments with technical knowhow in QHSE to improve their performance. Design QHSE department structures . Establish, modify and improve quality reports. Advise CEO with results of report analysis, areas of strength and areas of weaknesses. Write and maintain Quality procedures and policies. Establish and revise all Quality Standards and Manuals. Establish training plans for staff. Provide QHSE training and coaching staff when needed. Organize and lead QHSE Audits. Responsible to meet the department productivity and quality goals. Job Requirements B.Sc. Engineering. Minimum 9-11 years’ experience with 3 years in a managerial level is required. Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English. Strong management, communications and interpersonal skills with proven experience in motivating a diverse staff complement. Excellent planning, analytical and problem-solving skills. QHSE certificates are a must( OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH, etc…). Results-oriented with strong performance and leadership skills. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding target goals. Ability to work under pressure; think clearly and act decisively. Good personal organization skills. Good communication skills. Good problem solving skills. Team Player. #J-18808-Ljbffr
