Job Description About the Role: GPA is seeking a highly motivated QHSE Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone passionate about compliance to play a key role in our continuous improvement efforts, providing dedicated support in Quality, Safety, and Environment. As QHSE Coordinator, you will be required to provide support in the development, operation, monitoring, and improvement of our Integrated management system. Based in Adelaide, you will work closely with the HSEQ Manager, supporting the overall management system. Key Duties: Assist in maintaining GPA’s integrated management system’s compliance to ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems. Conduct system and project specific audits to evaluate compliance to the relevant requirements and procedures in line with the auditing schedules. Maintenance of company policies, work instructions, guidelines and management manual. Maintenance of the GPA template system, ensuring our systems are kept up to date. Assist with maintenance of the QHSE Register, incident investigation; participate in hazard identification, risk assessments and improvement requests. Assist with Quality and HSE Inductions for new staff as required. Ensuring relevant equipment remain in calibration. Conduct WHS office compliance audits including assisting with arranging fire warden training, annual evacuation test, ensuring first aiders, fire wardens are trained and current, keep evacuation procedures up to date. Ensure First Aid kits to be kept up to date and compliant. Perform Subcontractor prequalification’s and ensure information is kept up to date in GPA Console. Assist staff with Client induction requirements as required. Assist with evaluation and implementation of QHSE and Wellbeing recommendations and actions. Desired Skills and Experience Desired Skills & Experience: To be successful in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following relevant experience: Have a high level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation relating to integrated management systems. Understanding of internal auditing, through either experience or qualifications. Possess strong planning, organisational, teamwork and presentation skills. Have excellent verbal and written English with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the company. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
