This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to join our QLD Claims Team! As part of the team, you’ll gain valuable experience and skills in customer service and administration, supporting property insurance claims. Reporting to the Operations Manager (QLD), you will be the first point of contact for clients, customers, and internal staff, helping ensure a smooth and seamless claims process. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Key Activities Assisting with the processing of new claims into Bay Building systems Providing administrative support to the QLD estimating team Scheduling appointments across QLD Submitting quotes and reports via client portals and systems Answering inbound phone calls from insurers, customers, and trades What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and eagerness to learn Strong organizational and planning skills The ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems Previous customer service or administrative experience (preferred but not essential) Why Join Us?
