What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will: Have extensive experience in Property Management. Bring a positive, professional, and cheerful attitude to work every day. What You’ll Do Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional Property Management services, including leasing, inspections, and maintenance coordination. Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and professionalism. Managing arrears, lease renewals, and bond disbursements in compliance with the Tenancy Act. Ensuring properties are well-maintained and owners’ assets are protected. Handling NT CAT attendance and insurance claims when necessary. Why Join Us? What You’ll Need to Apply A current Agent’s Representative Registration (or the ability to transfer your license to the NT). A strong background in Property Management .
