Contract Site Manager – High-End Fit-Out & Refurbishment Project (Brisbane CBD) We are looking for an experienced Contract Site Manager to lead a high-profile fit-out and refurbishment project in Brisbane’s CBD . This is a great opportunity to manage a premium commercial project with a respected fit-out specialist.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage subcontractors across fit-out, joinery, and building services (electrical, mechanical, etc.). Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Liaise with the project team, trades, and stakeholders to maintain progress. Problem-solve and proactively address on-site challenges. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. Strong knowledge of building services and site coordination. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
