Contract Site Foreman – Industrial New Build Project (Sydney) We are seeking an experienced Contract Site Foreman for a large-scale industrial new build project in Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-value ($20M+) development with a well-regarded construction specialist. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure efficient project delivery. Manage subcontractors across structural, civil, and building services trades. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with the project team, trades, and stakeholders to maintain program milestones. Identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep the project on track. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Foreman on industrial new build projects valued at $20M+. Strong understanding of structural and civil works, as well as building services. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
