Method-agnostic, they thrive in the grey, connecting dots others miss.Qualitative Strategy Director A key senior role in the business, this position comes with a seat at the SLT and an exceptional team of juniors reporting to you. Hands-on in leading and managing qualitative projects from brief to delivery, your focus will be on strategy, storytelling, and uncovering insights that drive growth and solve complex client challenges.You will work across a diverse stream of qualitative projects, including brand strategy, behaviour change, communications testing, nudging, concept development, new product innovation, and more.Your Key Responsibilities: Shaping strategy – Writing winning proposals and designing bespoke research approaches using qualitative, BSCI, and quant tools. Building deep client partnerships – Becoming a trusted adviser to new and existing clients. Leading qualitative and multidisciplinary ad-hoc projects. Facilitating research – Moderating groups, in-depth interviews, online communities, workshops, co-creation sessions, ethnography, BSCI tools, and AI-powered methodologies. Translating insights into action – Crafting compelling stories, reports, and presentations that inspire change. Leading and mentoring – Developing junior talent and shaping the next generation of qualitative thinkers. Driving thought leadership – Contributing to industry discussions, trend forecasting, and agency growth.
