SunRice is a great place to work, providing a real opportunity for passionate people to make a difference.About The Role We have an opportunity for a recent graduate or early career Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team tasked with ensuring our product quality and consistency is maintained through our effective Quality Assurance processes. You will help ensure all systems and processes are conducted in a safe manner where hazards and risks are eliminated wherever possible. The role is located on-site in Leeton. Key Responsibilities Include Complete detailed Consumer & Customer complaint investigation reports and close out efficiently in appropriate systems. Raise Non-Conformances and Supplier Non-conformances (sNCR) – coordinate investigation with production team and timely close out. Production support - actively participate in site meetings such as planning, T2 and stock management meetings. Ensure correct versions of compliance sheets are completed accurately and filed for efficient use. Effectively manage non-conforming product and prevent from reaching customers/consumer. You are adaptable, have solid communication skills and an ability to relate to all levels of the company. This is a hands-on role and will suit someone who likes to be working on the ground and not always stuck behind a desk.You Will Also Have Ideally tertiary education to graduate level; External HACCP trained. Knowledge of SQF Standard (desirable). Knowledge of SAP and iAuditor (safety culture) platform (desirable). Strong attention to detail.
