You'll work collaboratively with various industry bodies to stay updated on best practices and provide valuable data for research purposes.About the Opportunity This is an outstanding opportunity to join the Quality and Assurance team within Operations to champion continuous improvement through the analysis of data, stakeholder engagement and driving enhanced people capability. You will influence culture through communication and problem solving.Accountabilities include: Ensure compliance with formal procedures through rigorous assurance audits and continuous monitoring. Provide high-level support to the Quality and Assurance Manager for the continual improvement of the Network Operations, Systems and Processes. Assist in completion of internal assurance audits to ensure compliance with formal procedures. Identify continuous improvement opportunities, solve complex business problems and implement appropriate controls and assurances. Lead cross-functional project teams to implement improvement projects and integrate quality assurance processes across Network Operations. Assist in developing operational procedures, work instructions and standard operating procedures within the work area consistent with Quality Assurance, and relevant operational guidelines. Utilise change management processes with stakeholders (internal and external) to explore and successfully implement agreed initiatives. Develop and maintain strong, professional working relationships with all ARTC team members and external stakeholders. Experience in BI reporting and data analysis. What do we want from you? Your career experience will demonstrate a methodical approach to problem solving, compliance reporting and auditing across quality processes. You will have highly developed influencing and communication skills and will have achievements across safety, process and improved organisation capability through enabling team members.Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded and might be supported through additional quality, lean or project management accreditation. Ideally you will have exposure to complex, continuous operating environments with well established quality assurance systems and processes.What will you get from us?
