These are fantastic opportunities to grow and develop your prior claims / insurance experience within a world-wide organisation. So, what’s the job? You’ll be responsible for both Quality Assurance and Audit functions within Claims. You’ll review claims process including phone calls, claims outcomes and communications to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements particularly in the quality function. You’ll examine customer experience and satisfaction of claims management including considering the voice of the Customer and dive outcome improvements. You’ll ensure product integrity is reviewed and maintained. You’ll review live claims payments as per agreed limits and processes to identify “live” leakage, “potential” leakage, and money lost, identifying incorrect or duplicate payments. You’ll ensure payments are appropriately documented, ensure authority levels are complied with and ensure decisions are made within policy coverage. You’ll reduce payments and claims errors by liaising and communicating with Claims Officers, Team Leaders and training team members. And what are we looking for? You’ll have proven experience in insurance claims processing. You’ll have an understanding of insurance processes and legislation. You’ll ideally have experience in quality assurance assessment; however, this is not required. You’ll have strong communication skills with the ability to have difficult conversations with peers as required.
