THE ROLE Are you passionate about quality assurance and training? As our Quality Assurance & Training Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) management system (MS) standards across our operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet internal and external standards, while also empowering our workforce with effective training. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, SOPs, and work instructions. Conduct QA inspections for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Identify, report, and resolve non-conformances and quality deviations. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans for quality improvements. Maintain accurate quality records and statistical data to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with teams to investigate and resolve product complaints. Conduct essential lab testing to support quality initiatives. Facilitate risk management processes and enhance QHSE MS adherence. Deliver engaging training programs on QHSE systems and internal standards. Support onboarding with tailored QHSE-focused training modules. ABOUT YOU You’re a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality and training. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles. 2+ years of experience delivering effective training programs. Strong skills in procedure documentation and process mapping. Solid understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Knowledge of quality assurance methods, root cause analysis, and tools. Certification in Six Sigma, Internal Auditing, or Statistical Quality Control (highly regarded). A proactive and collaborative approach, with a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
