This role is part of the patient safety and quality team. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Quality Lead in preparation for accreditations across the network, supporting incident review, and reviewing quality data with the allocated stream. From this information, you will support the development and implementation of improvement initiatives. Selection Criteria Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in health care, health administration, or Quality and Safety. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review standards and policy directives and apply them to the hospital environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders on multiple levels. Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to organise a high-volume workload within agreed timeframes and write accurate and logical professional correspondence with close attention to detail. Demonstrated commitment to a continuous improvement culture. Well-developed computer literacy skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and skills in document management systems.
