They bring our vision to life – helping those we serve to pursue the lives they hope for and enable the communities we are part of to thrive.About The Role Across our urban and regional Queensland services, our team of Quality & Accreditation Partners work at all levels across local services, department leads, and corporate support service staff, to provide practical outcomes to the business in the areas of quality processes and compliance.Based in Kingaroy, this role will support our Orana Residential Aged Care facility, our Home Care program and our Retirement Village. You will also be required to travel once a month to our support centre in Milton, Brisbane for team meetings.This is a part-time role, working 5 days per fortnight. Role This role focuses on implementation and compliance at site level to maintain consistent best-practice quality systems and improvements, including but not limited to:Support on-site teams to understand regulatory framework Lead coordination of all accreditations and external audits Have input into site investigations when required Maintain risk registers Support sites with development, monitoring and review of procedures Conduct internal auditing Support sites to comply with report recommendations Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement Build strong relationships with Site Managers and teams. About You An understanding of legislation compliance such as the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards and/or the NDIS Quality Standards, or other industries that hold similar accreditation standards Clinical staff who have an interest in quality, or experience in a quality role within the health industry, including pharmaceutical / Clinical Research Organisations (CROs), will be looked at favourably but is not essential High level of communication, interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder engagement High level critical thinking, analytical data trend analysis and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.
