About the Opportunity Our client is a well-regarded regional NDIS provider offering allied health, education, and frontline planning services. They are seeking an experienced Quality, Risk & Safeguarding professional to lead and enhance organisational practice, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Reporting to the executive leadership team, this role will focus on strengthening internal frameworks, supporting managers, and presenting key insights to a Board sub-committee. Key Responsibilities: Lead quality, risk, and safeguarding initiatives across the organisation Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including conducting internal audits Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board sub-committee Mentor and support a team of managers to drive best practice Oversee compliance across multiple sites, including frontline service audits About You: 6+ Years experience in risk, quality, and safeguarding within a regulated environment Strong knowledge of NDIS frameworks, compliance, and audit processes Leadership experience with the ability to develop and guide teams Excellent stakeholder engagement and reporting skills, including Board-level interaction A strategic thinker who enjoys improving systems and uplifting practice Why Join?
