As a Project Quality Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our projects. This position revolves around implementing the Project Quality Management Plan, addressing nonconformances, executing our audit program, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll be the go-to advisor for the project team on all things quality, ensuring we not only meet but exceed expectations. Join us and make a significant impact on our projects and partnerships! This position forms part of the ANZ CPX Projects team and provides Quality support to ensure projects satisfy Vestas and client expectations while complying with relevant codes and standards. Responsibilities: Ensure Quality related project requirements are identified and met (statutory, regulatory, industry standards, Vestas, and client expectations) Act as the focal point for project Quality issues Promote awareness of Quality principles and concepts across the project Develop, maintain, and implement project Quality Management Plans (QMP) Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Quality across all CPX project phases Liaise with the Client Quality Representative as appropriate Monitor, report, and track project Quality KPIs and performance Attend project kickoff and regular progress meetings Provide regular Quality reporting as required Manage project nonconformances, conduct root cause analysis, and track corrective and preventive actions to ensure learnings are embedded Plan and conduct internal project audits Participate in subcontractor evaluations and performance audits Coordinate client audits and inspections Support inspection coordination for project materials and equipment Review supplier and subcontractor Quality documentation (eg. quality plans, ITPs, verification records) Assist in developing and approving Quality related documentation Verify the completeness of documentation for handover to the client and Service team Contribute to Regional Quality improvement projects (eg. QIP, PR, etc) Drive the implementation of project continuous improvement initiatives Ensure closure of all Quality requirements for project closeout Provide Quality input to project lessons learned Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline (essential) QMS Auditor Qualification by recognised industry body (essential) Membership of CQI or country specific industry body (desirable) GWO Basic Safety Training (desirable) Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the energy industry Applied knowledge of quality assurance and inspection within the energy industry Exposure to wind industry desirable but not mandatory What We Offer: A strong focus on internal development of our key talent where you can grow your career and access a global internal HR network of centers of excellence A commitment to flexibility An opportunity to work with the world leader in wind energy.
