Quality and Product Support Administrator Wilson Transformer Company (WTC) is Australia’s largest manufacturer of power and distribution transformer solutions operating two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Wodonga (regional Victoria), Melbourne and service and support offices across Australia. We offer end-to-end transformer solutions, including product specification review, design, manufacture, factory acceptance test, installation, condition monitoring, maintenance and repair services, spare parts and asset disposal. We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality and Product Support Administrator who can support our growing Distribution Transformer Business Unit. The position is based at our Wodonga facility located in the Murray River region of Albury-Wodonga. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Coordinate resources to ensure the timely completion of off-site product support. Coordinate with the Sales team to manage resources for completion of off-site customer paid rectification works. Liaise with site representatives to ensure all site entry requirements are met by Wilson Transformer Company product support field technicians and contractors. Document, collaborate and report warranty data on a monthly basis. Analyse warranty data to identify recurring issues. Use data to highlight to Quality Manager areas of improvement. Build and maintain an approved contractor database for each state. Utilise subcontractors where appropriate. Manage internal rework for returned product investigation, reporting and repair. Organise and support travel and accommodation requirements. Ensure correct permits and inductions are completed before site visit. Manufacturing focus: Rework Collate data from rework forms. Analyse data to identify recurring issues. Complete project on identified issues. Complete quality alerts as required. Quality focus: Conduct internal audits. Review ITC cards for accuracy and completion. Report on gaps found in ITC's. Provide support to shop floor when required. Any other duties that may be requested. Key behaviours and attributes: Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. Well-developed understanding of work practices. May work unsupervised or as part of a team. Qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience: Computer literate and able to learn systems quickly. Strong English and communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to think critically and solve problems systematically. Ability to work in a team.
