We're looking for people of all levels who have experience in the insights industry (agency or commercial background is a must), the ability to work with diverse inputs and tell a compelling, clear story, enjoy working on juicy client challenges, and want to influence decision making. As a quantitative researcher in our Sydney team , you will play an active role in the delivery of amazing work, responsible for all parts of the research and insight process, from proposal and project design to moderation and the delivery of actionable and strategic insights. Requirements ABOUT YOU You hold a university degree in your area of expertise with working experience in a similar role within an agency or commercial environment in Sydney (a must) . You have fine-tuned expertise in quantitative research, statistical analysis , and applying frameworks to solve marketing and other organisational problems. A working understanding of marketing, psychology or social science fields is advantageous. You have a track record of leading tracking projects and/or ad-hoc projects with ease and impact, backed by solid analytical abilities. You're not afraid to think outside the box and explore new ideas, using your creativity and innovation to solve complex challenges with our clients.
