We are looking for a dedicated Research Data Officer to join our team and play a critical role in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our research data systems. This position is essential in ensuring accurate and robust reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. As a Research Data Officer, you will be responsible for managing reporting projects, system upgrades, and data audits. You will maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide comprehensive data analysis and reporting support. Your role will involve liaising with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements for reporting, analysing research data, and delivering reports that meet the University's needs. You will assist other team members in enhancing research reporting, analytics, and visualisations. Ensuring data integrity and quality assurance will be a key part of your role. This is a full-time, ongoing position based at Kingswood Campus, although travel to other campuses will be required. Please review the position description for further information. About You You are a highly skilled professional with an undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Your expertise in research management systems, coupled with your ability to interpret and monitor compliance with policies, makes you a stand-out candidate. You excel in collecting, analysing, and reporting on research data, and have extensive knowledge of database management and information systems, including Oracle PL/SQL.
