Research and Development Manager Ego is looking for a Research and Development Manager. This is a vital position for the company and sits at the core of Ego’s message of being the Science of Healthy Skin. This role requires a scientist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A person needs an interest in new ideas and a passion for new product development and building a presence for our company in the international arena. The role will require an influential leader that will be able to work across disciplines such as scientific, operations, marketing and sales to gain commitment of the whole company to strategy and tactics of product development. The role requires an understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice and the ability to find practical solutions that ensure quality is always maintained at reasonable cost. It is vital that Ego fills this role of R&D Manager with the best possible candidate. Depending on the experience and interest of the applicants we can be flexible in terms of what other roles are aligned. This position reports to Fabrizio Spada (Chief Scientific and Innovation Officer). The candidate would be expected to have a degree in science or pharmacy.
