(For more information visit & ) Qualifications & Experience The candidate must be an Australian citizen or PR holder or have full work rights Visa. The candidate should have applicable academic and industry background, with 3-5 years of business/service experience. Preference will be given to experience working with banks or financial institutions. He/She must have a qualification of Master’s degree or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution/university. Preference will be given to Chartered Accountants or master’s degree holders in Business Administration, Commerce, or a similar stream. Good computer operating skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and effective organizational/time management skills are required. Candidates should have requisite skills in IT. Should have proficiency and market understanding of Australian operations. Selection process will include an interview by head office executives of Bank of Baroda. He/She should have effective communication skills. Tasks & Responsibilities Reviewing the Risk Management Framework on a yearly basis. Review and update all risk-related policies from a prudential standard angle and incorporate review points from head office on home country regulations. Review the inputs provided by various business lines on risk matters. Prepare all monthly reports submitted to the corporate office, consisting of BASEL Risk, Mid-office Treasury, and ALM Cell. Submit monthly reports to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in head office. Update risk-related quarterly reports like CRMS/ORMC (KRI). Convene monthly risk-related meetings such as the Operational Risk Management Committee (ORMC) and prepare minutes. Carry out AML/CTF risk assessment and monitor compliance in the territory. Review alert definitions on an annual basis and update the AML/DC team. Carry out country risk rating on a yearly basis or as and when FATF updates. Approve Trade Finance sanction notes from an AML perspective. Evaluate and submit credit risk assessments of new syndication proposals and review proposals to head office. Ensure compliance with CPS 234 Information Security and CPS 230 Operational Risk. Carry out risk rating and review the risk rating of customers twice a year or at the time of onboarding. Timely respond to and resolve queries from regulators. Responsible for credit administration. Responsible for timely review and compliance of various policies pertaining to the Risk Management Department, including convening and recording minutes of meetings. Maintain adequate documentation to demonstrate the level of compliance with the Risk Management Framework and with Operational Risk Management Policy aligned with both CPS 220 and CPS 230 requirements. Execute any other work assigned by the bank/management from time to time. Superannuation will be contributed by the bank as per rules.
