You will be working closely with faculty leaders to develop and implement risk management strategies, supporting our commitment to meeting the health and social needs of the communities we serve. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate Risk Management: Manage case reports, conduct risk assessments, and maintain the Clinical Education Risk Register. Develop Strategy and Governance: Support the execution of the Faculty's Clinical Education Strategy and Risk workplan, producing reports for key stakeholders. Enhance Policies and Processes: Contribute to continuous improvement of risk management practices through research and stakeholder engagement. Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong connections across the University to promote best practices in clinical education risk management. You may be a great fit if: You are an experienced risk management professional with a background in tertiary education, clinical education, healthcare, or large complex organisation settings, possessing excellent analytical skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. You may also: Possess strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining detailed risk management records and preparing comprehensive assessments. Have experience in project management and process improvement.
