Due to substantial business growth, we are looking for an additional Clinical (RN) Case Manager to join our ever-increasing team! CCHC isn’t like other places you’ve worked. We are a rapidly expanding organisation that is doing extraordinary things for those living with a disability. Located in Southport, you will be based in our Head Office which is a growing team of like-minded professionals. We have a great team that works hard, and you are rewarded and appreciated for your efforts. We want to provide a ‘life-changing’ experience not only for the people we support but for all the people that work with us. We have a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative environment! Together we are driven to be thoughtful, practical, and purposeful in all that we do. If you want a career where you can thrive, be challenged, and do meaningful work, you’re in the right place! In addition to sound clinical skills, the role is so much more. The position offers plenty of variety and provides the right person the ability to develop supervisory and management skills. You will coordinate care, undertake roster management, manage teams that support your clients, and utilize problem-solving and critical/creative thinking skills. The good news is, we are open to developing these skills for the right person! In addition, you will have strong advocacy skills where you can use your influence in stakeholder and multidisciplinary meetings for our clients. From time to time, some travel will be involved in the position as we service clients from the Sunshine Coast to Northern NSW, and when this is required, there is a company car available. We are all about finding the right person who has the right attitude, values, and work ethic to join our team. We are happy to invest in training and mentoring for the right person!
