Bellarine Training and Community Hub Inc. (BTACH) is a leader and innovator in the provision of accredited training and community programs in Ocean Grove and across the Bellarine Peninsula and Geelong. With over 20 years’ experience delivering quality education with meaningful outcomes to our students, we are now looking to grow our services. We are in need of the services of a passionate and experienced compliance professional. This full-time permanent role would suit someone looking to take the next step in their compliance career and step into the role of a Compliance Co-Ordinator. We place a strong emphasis on the quality of our training delivery, maintaining our strong compliance focus and providing the best possible student experience. What we are looking for: Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail and good customer service skills. Strong working knowledge of computer applications including VETtrak, MS Outlook, and Office packages. Previous experience working in a compliance or quality assurance role in an RTO environment. Operational knowledge of ASQA and Skills First Funding. Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Proactive and able to use own initiative. Tasks & Responsibilities: Maintain the Centre’s RTO registration in accordance with the Australian Quality Training Framework Standards and VRQA guidelines. Ensure the RTO complies with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations across all of its operations. Maintain and assess trainer qualifications – ensure all trainers and assessors hold and maintain currency in relevant qualifications and units of competency. Co-ordinate all contractual compliance requirements. Lead, support, and manage internal and external audits and continuous improvement processes.
