Job Description

As a member of the Outbound Sales team, you will focus on re-engaging existing customers while delivering exceptional customer service. Successful candidates should have prior experience in an office setting, customer service role, or any outbound or inbound phone-based work. Experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call center is also a strong advantage. A passion for racing or sports will be highly regarded. Where and how you can work. Key Responsibilities: Reactivation and retention of account holders. Informing account holders of upcoming promotions, events, and additional products/services. Answering client enquiries while providing high attention to detail. Providing excellent customer support and a great customer experience. Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the customer. Assisting with inbound customer support if required. What you’ll bring...
