Overview: Seeking a skilled Real Estate Project Marketing Manager with experience in both UAE and India to lead marketing strategies, enhance project visibility, and drive buyer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to project goals and target audiences. Create unique branding and ensure consistency across all channels. Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events) and optimize performance. Collaborate with sales teams to create impactful marketing collateral. Oversee digital efforts including website, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing. Coordinate with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships. Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective execution. Analyze marketing performance and present insights to management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred. 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing in both UAE and India. Proven expertise in digital and traditional marketing. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and campaign tracking.
