About the role: This is an excellent opportunity to expand and develop your career within the motor industry. As the initial point of contact for both internal and external customers, you will provide top-tier customer service over the phone and in person. What you’ll do: Provide customer service and support on all Accounts Payable and Receivable enquiries. Process payable invoices and credit notes. Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies. Greet all customers. Be a self-motivated person and team player. Handle a range of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping. Manage phone and email correspondence, responding to enquiries. Provide all necessary administration support to the team. About you: Proven experience in administration. IT savvy - proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software ERA (desirable). Experience with stock control. Excellent phone manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in a similar role are highly desirable. Previous experience in a similar role or automotive environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
