We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive candidate for a full-time position in our Goondoon Street office in Gladstone. This is a unique role that provides an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse role in reception, providing client services and administration support to the Tax Team and to the Mortgage Broker. As the first point of contact in our office, your excellent customer service delivery will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our reception in greeting clients, managing emails, receiving calls, and scheduling appointments. You will have exceptional communication skills as this role will see you liaising with all levels across our business. You will be pivotal in responding to enquiries in a professional manner, ensuring accurate and timely processing of documentation, as well as ensuring smooth communication, workflows and deadlines between clients, team members, and other stakeholders throughout the tax return and loan preparation processes. We’re looking for a self-motivated, confident, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a small team environment. You will receive full training and confidently provide product and service information to clients. All suitable applicants should apply.
