We are currently looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and well-presented individual to join our Wauchope team full-time in our Reception seat and be the first point of contact with our company. Your Duties: Answer and direct incoming calls Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Manage incoming and outgoing mail Keep the reception area clean and tidy Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry Process payments Support the management of storage facilities Assist with various duties as needed Essential Skills and Qualities: Polite and confident telephone manner, including professional communication with clients and team members Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Strong attention to detail Demonstrated computer skills Proactive and positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and contribute Prior experience as a receptionist, administrative support, or in a customer service role is an advantage Ability to multitask and prioritize various work demands Good organizational and time management skills Certificate of Registration (or willingness to commence study) What We Offer: This is a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and focused individual who is looking for a role with a difference.
