Job Description

We are looking to hire a receptionist for our air conditioning business 3-5 days a week. An ideal candidate will have experience as a receptionist / in admin role preferably in a service business but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated as you will be working quite a bit on your own, have a sense of urgency, efficiency, care for their role, and have great people skills. Experience & Skills Preferred: Experience with MYOB Experience with Mac computers Experience as a receptionist/ office assistant Coordinating and booking jobs Great customer service Attention to detail Organisational skills Good interpersonal skills Willingness to learn Good communication skills Your Role: General office duties Administration tasks across all divisions Answering phone calls & emails Coordinating & booking jobs Supporting director with running the office Entering invoices & receipts into MYOB Typing up quotes Following up with quotes and invoices If this sounds like you, apply today!
