Nexxis O'connor, Western Australia, Australia Receptionist/Office All Rounder We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Receptionist/Office All-Rounder to join our team. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for our clients and provide essential administrative support across the business. You will also assist the Founding CEO with any duties as required. This role is for a full-time receptionist/office all-rounder located at our head office and warehouse in O’Connor, WA. This is a fast-paced working environment working closely with the Founding CEO. This role is extremely important to ensure we continue to provide the highest level of service to our customers. Everything that you do at Nexxis matters, and every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and connect them to the right team member. Answer incoming inquiries/opportunities and direct to the Solutions team for triaging. Photocopying, scanning, and other correspondence/documentation efficiently. Oversee and manage greeting/welcoming visitors, maintaining the reception area, and exiting the visitors through the Nexxis premises. Coordinate cleaners and ensure the office is organised and well-maintained. Monitor and maintain adequate levels of office stationery supplies. Oversee and maintain kitchen and vending machine supplies, ensuring both are always stocked. May perform other clerical tasks at the discretion of the team leader. About You: Strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills, including a professional phone manner. A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to take on varied tasks. Excellent time management and organisation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A professional presentation and positive can-do attitude. Resilience and adaptability are essential in this role. Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
