Recovery Operations Lead - City of Brisbane - Lead Group We seek a seasoned Business Recovery Lead to support our clients in navigating challenging business environments and developing effective restructuring strategies. This key role demands a deep understanding of insolvency and business recovery principles, along with exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Main Accountabilities Develop and execute bespoke restructuring plans, focusing on sustainable business outcomes and stakeholder value. Lead cross-functional teams in managing complex business challenges and identifying opportunities for growth. Establish and maintain robust financial models and forecasting tools, ensuring informed decision-making and risk management. Communicate complex business insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, actionable reporting. Minimum 7 years of experience in business advisory services, particularly in restructuring or turnaround scenarios. Possession of relevant tertiary qualifications, such as accounting or finance, and professional certifications like CA. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and develop targeted solutions, driving business improvement and growth.
