They are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to primarily support the hiring process for their casual workforce, while also assisting with recruitment for their internal team. Job Description The company is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as a Recruitment Coordinator & Operations Support. In this role, the successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the recruitment process for casual staff, from application to onboarding, as well as providing support to the internal team. This individual will drive process improvements, support operations with administrative tasks, and contribute to the company’s growth through efficient and effective recruitment practices. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment of casual staff in high volumes, managing the process from application through to onboarding. Post job ads across various platforms and continually seek new channels for recruitment. Meet KPIs related to the number of applications received and successful hires made. Assist in the management and growth of the internal team, supporting their recruitment needs. Drive process improvements and implement changes to increase business efficiency in recruitment practices. Provide basic administrative support to the Operations team as needed. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required. Reporting Structure: The Recruitment Coordinator & Operations Support will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be expected to hit the ground running and contribute to the team’s success from day one. Must Haves Experience in recruitment, staffing, or hiring (preferred). Naturally outgoing and enthusiastic personality. Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively. Highly process-driven with a keen eye for improving workflows. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously. Extremely organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail. Positive work ethic and a can-do attitude. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone and email manner. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, and Google Docs. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
