You'll have the opportunity to get creative with social media engagement, content creation, data tracking, and marketing research, while also providing valuable candidate support.If you're passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities in healthcare, we’d love to hear from you! If you are unable to commit to full-time hours, casual opportunities will also be considered.Your roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Create compelling content for a variety of marketing channels, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and more. Manage and grow our social media presence, from content scheduling to engaging with followers and driving growth. Support impactful marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract top talent. Analyse and report on key marketing metrics to measure success and optimise performance. Assist candidates throughout the recruitment journey, providing excellent support and guidance. Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth interactions. Design creative recruitment materials such as flyers and social media assets to showcase opportunities. Generate compliance reports, ensuring recruitment processes meet all necessary standards. Provide general administrative support, contributing to the smooth operation of the team. Experience with Canva, Excel, Meta Business Suite, and EDM platforms—bonus points if you're familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut (but not a must!). A love for both creativity and operations, able to strike the perfect balance between innovative thinking and getting things done efficiently.
