Client InformationThe Client is a Recruitment Agency that specializes in placing General Practitioners in Medical centres on both short and long-term contracts. They assist the medical centres with finding a suitable doctor.Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the recruitment process for Nursing staff, Practice Manager, and Allied Health Practitioners staff, from application to onboarding, as well as providing support to the internal team. This individual will drive process improvements, support operations with administrative tasks, and contribute to the company’s growth through efficient and effective recruitment practices. Oversee the recruitment of locum, part-time, and full-time independent contracted staff in medium volumes, managing the process from application through to onboarding. Assist the director with the development of the new department and liaising with clients and candidates. Post job ads across various platforms and continually seek new channels for recruitment. Meet KPIs related to the number of applications received and successful hires made. Assist in the management and growth of the internal team, supporting their recruitment needs. Drive process improvements and implement changes to increase business efficiency in recruitment practices. Provide basic administrative support to the Operations team as needed. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required. Undertake reference checks, screening, and background checks for the candidates hired. Reporting Structure: The Recruitment Coordinator & Operations Support will report directly to the Managing Director and will be expected to hit the ground running and contribute to the team’s success from day one. Part-time to start with as they grow the desk and meet targets, moving up to full-time. Must Haves This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only. Experience in recruitment, staffing, or hiring in Medical and/or Allied Health and Nursing (preferred). Naturally outgoing and enthusiastic personality. Proficiency in using JobAdder. Knowledge of AHPRA and Medicare, Visa, and Immigration requirements for the Australian market. Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively. Highly process-driven with a keen eye for improving workflows. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously. Extremely organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail. Positive work ethic and a can-do attitude. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone and email manner. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams. Use of WhatsApp and Zoom for interviews and communication. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. Home Office Requirements Perfectly working headset and webcam. Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps. Up-to-date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X. Quiet room with no distractions or background noises.
