About the Opportunity: Securecorp is seeking a self-motivated, energetic and resourceful HR/Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team on a full-time basis, in our Brisbane office. As a key member of our HR team, you’ll report directly to the HR Manager and play a crucial role at the heart of our business. In this role, you’ll manage talent acquisition and HR responsibilities, coach and advise managers on recruitment, general HR matters and ensure that HR frameworks and strategies align with business needs. This role provides an annual salary of $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 depending on experience + Superannuation. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertisements, applicant screening, interviews, reference checks, onboarding, and offboarding. Develop and review position descriptions, job advertisements, selection criteria, and role-specific interview guides. Build strong relationships with Business Managers, job active providers, and training institutions to source skilled talent. Oversee employee inductions, coordinate mandatory training, and maintain accurate training records. Maintain candidate profiles and employee records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Contribute to the review and development of HR policies and procedures. Assist with workers’ compensation, injury management, complex case management, occupational health and safety, and other HR responsibilities such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment legislation. Support the HR Manager with general administrative duties. About You To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: 2-3 years’ experience in a talent acquisition, recruitment/HR role, working across a portfolio within a broader HR team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels. Knowledge of the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and reference checks. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. A positive and proactive work ethic. Well-developed customer service skills and a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving. Established time management skills with the ability to multitask. A team-focused attitude, while also being able to work autonomously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant HR systems.
