As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will effectively plan and manage the talent acquisition process and systems across the Australian Operations. Develop a strong working knowledge of talent acquisition systems and platforms such as Teamtailor and LinkedIn. Work collaboratively with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs. In conjunction with the relevant P&C Partner, conduct position remuneration benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness and internal relativity where appropriate. Advise Hiring Managers on the best recruitment strategy e.g. internal, direct, best platform, headhunting etc. and agree on timeline / approach. Remain abreast of market developments and trends and share with P&C team and Hiring Managers. Draft job advertisements and post on relevant platforms/job boards. Shortlist applications, conduct telephone pre-screenings and schedule interviews. Maintain responsibility for ensuring all pre-checks are performed prior to offer. Work closely with relevant the P&C partner to keep them abreast of developments in their client group/s and other P&C team members as appropriate. Previous experience in internal recruitment. Experience and knowledge of the telecommunications industry would be advantageous. A strong focus on delivery excellence and customer service Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent time management. Strong knowledge and continuous improvement of systems and processes associated with recruitment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing autonomous responsibilities.
