Reporting to the People & Culture General Manager, this role involves end-to-end recruitment and workforce engagement within the P&C team. The position is crucial for administering and coordinating the recruitment process to support hiring across all business groups. This is a key opportunity to contribute by building robust systems and recruiting for high-demand roles essential for our future. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment campaigns from briefing to appointment across our organisation. Collaborate with hiring managers to address local or specialist recruitment needs. Coordinate and facilitate interviews, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Monitor workforce plans to ensure we meet current and emerging needs. Recruit frontline team members at high-volume who provide direct support to our customers (people with disability, refugees, people living with mental health diagnosis, etc.) as well as key head office positions across most corporate functions. Provide support in addressing the current and future workforce requirements of New Horizons and support the delivery of recruitment services for the organisation. Phone-screen potential candidates, help them through their pre-employment checks, and manage them through the offer and onboarding process. Be accountable for an effective and efficient end-to-end talent attraction and acquisition process. About You: Proven experience in managing recruitment processes from start to finish. Qualifications in HR or a related field to handle a range of employment matters. Ability to work independently, hands-on and within a team in a fast-paced growth environment. Strong communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers. Demonstrated experience in interpreting, applying and ensuring compliance with relevant enterprise agreements and awards and recruitment policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process. Experience using proactive sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn Recruitment and Seek Talent Search to identify and engage hard-to-find talent. Demonstrated experience building productive relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers. Why Work with New Horizons?
