We anticipate multiple vacancies for Fixed Term appointment for up to 24 months, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency, at hours from Full-time to Part-Time minimum of 0.5FTE. What is our Redevelopment Project Coordinator role? Reporting to the Project Director, the Redevelopment Project Coordinator leads, coordinates and project manages the Redevelopment planning and construction delivery for NMHS. In this role, representing NMHS as the client side project manager, you will provide high-level support and expertise in the development of project management documentation. The core focus of the role is project delivery but also can include concept approval and Business Case development. You will also develop and manage detailed project implementation plans, including comprehensive risk analysis, and undertake significant stakeholder management activities. NMHS Infrastructure Development is responsible for the planning, development and delivery of health infrastructure projects to provide contemporary and fit for purpose healthcare facilities for staff and consumers. Infrastructure Development delivers projects under two programs, being the Capital Works Program and Minor Works Program. The team collaborates with the Department of Finance Building and Contracts to manage projects throughout each phase, including: Concept Initiation Concept Development Project Definition Project Commencement and Design Project Delivery Project Close Out and Evaluation In partnership with a wider group of NMHS stakeholders, Infrastructure Development is also responsible for strategic planning for utilisation of existing assets, new investments and non-asset initiatives so that NMHS can deliver services which support current and future demands.
