Job Description - Regional Commissioning Manager (262989) Regional Commissioning Manager - 262989 UGL’S Utilities team designs, constructs and maintains critical infrastructure across the water and power sectors, including wastewater treatment plants and power stations. We design and construct assets such as power generation, transmission lines, substations, electrical distribution networks, water and wastewater treatment plants, and water pipelines.Our Utilities team works hard and celebrates successes and efforts. About the role The role of Regional Commissioning Manager is to ensure successful commissioning and handback in accordance with T&C standards and contractual requirements. Review the design and identify areas of improvement to aid the T&C programme and/or ability to commission systems. Develop a robust scope of works for each T&C Package. Define T&C Strategy, planning and deliver Test and Commissioning activities. Check & verify all resources have the correct competency required to deliver the tasks. Audit testing documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Monitor testing activities against the program and report progress. Manage T&C compliance, quality assurance, processes & tools to ensure continuous improvement. Provide leadership, direction, supervision and inspirational management to all team members. About You Degree in electrical engineering. Experience in Mechanical and Electrical packages on large Utilities Infrastructure projects, preferably with Substation experience. Experience in managing a team, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment. Australian Driver’s License. Degree in a related Engineering discipline.
