Job Title : Regional Coordinator - ADA Reporting into : MD ADA Australasia & Regional Captain ADA APAC Key Responsibilities: Serve as a pivotal support to the Regional Captain for APAC, collaborating seamlessly with local APAC and global teams to drive organizational success. Work closely with the local ADA team with general label management support working with and alongside local and international label affiliates. Draft, distribute, and manage internal and external company communications, including artist and label research and other specialized projects. Support the production and upkeep of reports, trackers, and visual data presentations to inform key business decisions. Track deal flow across the APAC region, ensuring accurate coordination of information and deliverables across multiple teams. Oversee and manage executive calendars, coordinate and schedule meetings, and handle sensitive documentation with discretion. Arrange comprehensive business travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare, submit, and maintain detailed travel and entertainment expense reports. About you: You have a bachelor’s degree. You have 1-3 years of experience, preferably in Media & Entertainment. You are highly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow up. You enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment requiring strong multitasking skills, excellent time management, and an ability to self-prioritize your workload. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a strategic thinker who is results-oriented. You have excellent communication skills (both written and oral). You have the ability to track a large volume of data surrounding deals, conversations, and partnerships, with the aim of achieving a mutually beneficial outcome for all. You are experienced in maintaining highly confidential and sensitive information.
