This role is part of Volvo Financial Services (VFS), who offer complete solutions for truck and equipment financing and service. What you will do As a Regional Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the sales financing activities for VFS in the Northern NSW, Brisbane, Toowoomba, North QLD and Northern Territory areas. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Planning and executing sales financing activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives Developing and implementing appropriate marketing activities and incentive plans in line with the National Sales & Marketing Manager and VFS Management Team Introducing Volvo financial products and services to customers and maintaining strong customer relationships Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with both Volvo owned and privately owned Dealerships, and Volvo Sales teams Monitoring market trends and providing monthly and periodic Sales reporting Preparing and submitting credit applications to the Credit Committee for approval in accordance with VFS Credit & Risk policies, and in co-operation with VFS Credit & Risk personnel Representing VFS at relevant industry and trade events Your future team Reporting to the Director of Sales and Market Development, you will work in a team of 6 geographically dispersed Regional Finance Managers. Your team will form part of the greater Volvo Financial Services team of 23, made up of Finance, Risk & Operations, Business Transformation, Business Support and Solution Engineering. Although our Head Office is based in Wacol, you will mainly work out of a dealership in Toowoomba and travel regularly to dealerships in Brisbane, northern NSW, north QLD and the Northern Territory. In this role, you will bring: Proven success in a heavy equipment or heavy automotive financing role (or similar) Knowledge of the heavy equipment, automotive or transportation industries preferred Experience working with agri-businesses in regional areas will be highly regarded Strong relationship building and relationship management skills Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills The ability to execute sales strategies and demonstrate good business acumen The ability to understand the industry market and identify business opportunities A results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills The ability to travel both locally and interstate What's in it for you?
