Regional General Manager - Aged Care (VAC-26433) Darwin, Australia Medacs Healthcare are working with an aged care facility in metro Northern Territory to source a permanent role of Regional General Manager beginning immediately. The role : As a Registered Nurse, you will demonstrate an ability to provide safe and quality nursing care to patients, utilising the primary nursing model of care and nursing competency standards. You will undertake comprehensive assessments of each patient to ascertain care needs, regularly evaluate the outcomes of care provided through reviews and assessments, maintaining up to date and accurate documentation in patient records. The Benefits : Salary Packaging Re-location support of up to $5000 (provided once six months probation has been completed) Skills & Experience : Current experience in an acute hospital environment with clinical knowledge and clinical problem-solving ability. Division 1 AHPRA registration or eligibility to apply. Diploma in Management / Leadership or similar or demonstrated experience of at least three years. NDIS Worker Screening Check - Received or lodged prior to commencement. National Police Check. NT Drivers Licence (C Class).
