What you'll do As the Regional Installation Manager, you'll be delivering critical support to our stores across NSW and QLD. You'll lead a team of skilled technicians and apprentices, overseeing all aspects of installation projects, from planning and execution to budget management and stakeholder engagement. Deliver cost effective and sustainable Refrigeration outcomes for the Woolworths Business Drive operational excellence: Ensuring all installations are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. Ensuring a culture of safety that is “best in class” approach towards the safety of team and customers Building strong relationships: Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and store teams. Influencing decision-making: Providing expert advice and recommendations to senior management on all aspects of installation projects. Driving continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Lead diverse teams across a wide area to deliver Projects Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive business outcomes What you'll bring You'll need a unique blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen and leadership skills to excel in this role. A minimum of 5 years' experience in supermarket refrigeration maintenance and engineering is ideal. You'll also need strong relationship and influencing skills to work across diverse stakeholders, and advanced leadership capabilities to grow and develop your teams. A strong understanding of engineering systems covering design, installation and maintenance is essential. Relevant tertiary qualifications in an engineering or science discipline, desired. Current, valid Motor Vehicle Drivers Licence. Experience dealing with senior managers at all levels in an organisation.
