Fantastic Support Structure Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for fashion and a track record of driving retail success across multiple stores? We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead and inspire a network of fashion stores in Sydney Northern Beaches, overseeing operations, performance, and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and developing a strong, motivated team. You will work closely with Store Managers, guiding them to meet targets and enhance customer satisfaction. In this role, you will not only focus on day-to-day operations but also contribute to the long-term strategy of the brand by identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation. Responsibilities: Effective Store visits. Evaluate the performance of the Store Manager, utilising the reports available and set clear objectives. Ensure communication, through morning calls, written action plans and one-on-one meetings. Reduce unnecessary costs through effective rostering. Focus on reducing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring Store Managers and Team follow the Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practices. Requirements: 3 years or more experience in a management position within a Retail or Customer/Sales focused industry. Proven ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment. Demonstrated understanding of Customer experience and continually improving this to achieve results. Personable, approachable and a great coach. Be there for your Team. Time management. Meet all deadlines requested by your Team, Peers, Department Heads and Managers. Has a positive can-do attitude at all times, whilst listening, challenging and directing. Coach-able in all aspects, flexible and proactive in style. Must have a valid driving licence. What's on Offer? $90-$94k package with performance-based bonuses. Company car and fuel card. Discounts.
