Your Day on A Page Based at our Sydney office, the Regional Resident Wellbeing Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, strategic direction, and operational support to a team of resident health and wellbeing coordinators across NSW and QLD. The successful candidate will oversee the ongoing implementation of the internal resident wellbeing program and play an integral role in the monitoring and evaluation of the program deliverables. Key Responsibilities At Keyton, we are one team, and our Regional Resident Wellbeing Manager will embody our values every day: Connect as One Team: Work collaboratively with the village operational teams to ensure optimal delivery of the resident wellbeing program. Support the wider SSW (safety, sustainability, wellbeing) business function with any key initiatives as required. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of team members. Realise the Opportunities: Provide leadership, support and guidance to wellbeing coordinators with program planning and service delivery, ensuring wellbeing village events/initiatives are implemented efficiently. Ensure service delivery meets program related KPI’s. Embrace a growth mindset and continuous improvement, stepping into the unknown with endless possibilities. Make Room for Kindness: Embrace a solution-focused approach, giving people the time and understanding they deserve. Leverage your demonstrated experience to develop and nurture key working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Respect Everyone’s Journey: Demonstrate a deep understanding of age-related health changes, health promotion, and preventative health measures. Leverage your knowledge of chronic diseases and their implications on wellbeing, while understanding the continuum of care within an independent living environment. Find the Fun: Ensure the national resident wellbeing calendar is actively delivered and promoted across villages in the region. Lead with Heart: Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. Who You Are Relevant industry experience in the Aged Care/Health sector and/or working with seniors. Relevant clinical experience with health promotion, service planning, and service delivery with preventative health/wellbeing programs or initiatives. A current Australian Driving Licence. Leadership experience – managing a team and developing others. Exceptional communication and influencing skills. Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field (desirable).
