Regional Sales Manager - East Coast - Construction Equipment Direct message the job poster from Indigo People The Opportunity Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Regional Sales Manager's primary role will be to develop and manage the existing sales force within the states of NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and also expand the team in line with business strategy. The role would suit a Manager who is passionate about coaching, mentoring and supporting the team to get the best out of them. You will also be tasked with stakeholder management throughout the business, general admin such as approvals for quotes, negotiations, and making sure the team is compliant with business practices. The role includes frequent travel to your Regions NSW, QLD, VIC, SA but the Sales Manager will be based in Sydney. The Role Strong experience in Sales leadership roles with a history of performing on targets Experience in successfully recruiting, training, managing and building sustainable field sales teams Ability to coach and mentor teams to facilitate ongoing training and development Ability to travel frequently to your regions to support sales teams and attend client meetings with the Sales Consultants Lead people to success by implementing agreed on sales strategies and keeping the team accountable Work strategically with your team; help them solve problems and take advantage of opportunities Strategic, but fast thinker.
