Regional Service Manager - Early Learning Centres Location: Geelong RegionEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: $115000-$135000 + OTE (incl Super) Are you ready to lead, inspire, and shape the future of early childhood education in Geelong? Jenny’s ELC is looking for a dynamic Regional Support Manager (RSM) to join our passionate team! This is your opportunity to design and deliver exceptional early learning services, support a team of dedicated professionals, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, families, and educators across your region. About the Role As the RSM, you will be responsible for the operational excellence, financial performance, safety, and people leadership of our Geelong Centres. Working closely with Centre Directors and the CEO, you will ensure that Jenny’s ELC remains a leader in early childhood education through our positive community engagement and high-quality programs that exceed industry standards and foster positive outcomes for all. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence Design and deliver high-quality, cost-effective early childhood services that attract families and educators while meeting regulatory standards. Support and guide Centre Directors and Centre leadership teams to execute Jenny’s ELC values and objectives. Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with regulations and Jenny’s ELC standards. Oversee service presentation standards and ensure consistency across all centres in the region. Manage the financial performance of each centre, ensuring efficient rostering and recruitment aligned with business goals. Ensure all eligible centre funding is received, including subsidies and support programs. Provide regular performance reports. Safety & Compliance Champion Jenny’s safety framework to maximise the wellbeing of children and staff. Proactively identify, report, and mitigate risks and potential issues. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and resolve any issues effectively. Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, inspiring a diverse team to achieve shared goals. Mentor and support staff through professional development and engagement initiatives. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance Jenny’s ELC reputation and culture. About You You are a genuine and accountable person who has a positive mindset. A strategic thinker, an inspiring leader, and a passionate advocate for quality early childhood education. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have the skills and experience to support multiple services while delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families, and educators. Essential Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in a similar leadership role within early childhood education or childcare services. Strong financial skills, including cost accountability and reporting. Working knowledge of government funding and requirements. Demonstrated experience managing culturally diverse teams. Tertiary qualification in Children’s Services, Education, or equivalent.
