About the role Reporting to the National Warehouse Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing franchised warehouse operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will also focus on developing capabilities within the franchised warehouse teams. You will champion and demonstrate a culture of continuous improvement, promoting the adoption of processes and procedures. This role requires metropolitan, regional, and interstate travel. Responsibilities include: Reviewing current practices, conducting assessments, and providing recommendations for improvement. Assisting the Franchise Proprietor and Warehouse Manager with staff recruitment and performance management as needed. Visiting assigned warehouse sites to ensure compliance with OH&S requirements. Identifying improvements and developing initiatives for warehouse sites to present to the business, focusing on overall warehouse operations. Providing operational training and coaching to Proprietors, Warehouse Managers, and Administration Managers. Building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships. About you With a passion for warehouse operations, you will bring proven experience in influencing and negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the business. Additionally, you can train and mentor stakeholders effectively. You will also have: High level of written and verbal communication skills. Great time management, planning, and organisational skills. Experience in managing multiple sites and coordinating with diverse stakeholders. Ability to travel to multiple warehouse sites within metropolitan and regional areas.
